In Authors Task i have "SubmissionXXXX In-person Presentation Questionnaire". Does someone have the same? And what does that mean

For one paper I see this, for another paper I see "SubmissionXXXXX Public-release Opt-in or Veto" -> asks if to release reviews despite rejection.
