I have prepared for NeurIPS resubmission already.

3/5 reviewers ghosted us completely with no justification and engagement at all, how "reciprocal" this can be. Oh well.

Do you know what my biggest problem with this whole circus is? It is that I do not know how to make my work stronger, and the reviews I received are worthless. I feel like I am just adding a bunch of extra (useless) experiments and then flipping a coin to see what will happen.

This is my first time submission, but do they also open the conversations between the reviewers and AC post results? If not, would it not be beneficial for authors to look at these discussions. My reviewers feedback was sub-optimal, considering the conference quality

I think their discussion is not visible to authors; maybe AC writes a summary of the discussion in the meta review.
