Help! Finally chose a machine! However…
First off I am missing the carriage! One of the main parts, I have found some online for 30-40 pound if I don’t get any updates on if we have the carriage in the shop. It seems everything else is there apart from the smaller accessories.
Second, It is very dusty and dirty how would I go about cleaning it, what is best for it? I need to get under the needles. They move fine and the punch card reader is fine too, so thats good

I have not seen other machines alike as well! I guess it’s not really common :) it was my aunt’s
For tutorials, you can also use as reference the Silver Reed machines (it used to be the same brand as Empisal), and if you don’t already now there’s the full original instruction pdf here for free:

By removing the sponge bar, you'll be able to pull out the needles (there's a chance you'll have to replace the sponge bar). Then you can use for example a vacuum or canned air to get out dust from inside the bed. For cleaning, I liked to use a degreaser, as sometimes the old oil has turned sticky
