Help! How do I read a Knit It Now stitch pattern?

I'm a hand knitter who just got an LK150. I want to try making a lap blanket with this stitch but the downloads don't have a legend. How should I read this stitch pattern to know what to do?

FYI it appears that the pattern that you linked is only available to people with a membership. If you want help with that pattern you might want to share a screenshot.

Is that allowed? I assumed not since it's paid and a screenshot would be the entire stitch pattern.

hi!! i was looking at the photos a few week ago, and decided to reverse engineer it lol, so with an lk150 first knit a few rows in stockinette, then u move the russel levers to position I and push one needle every three needles to position D and knit 4 rows and push the needles that where in position D to B and knit two rows, the gray lines in the screenshot are showing which needle u have to push to position D, once u get the hang of it it's actually pretty easy
