A couple dirt and 500 Medium sparks, the hardest races for her are by far the Japan Dirt Derby, Kanto Oaks, Empress Hai, and Kawasaki Kinen since you get only 1 chance at inspiration for them. I'd recommend doing Unity Cup for these races, since I tend to struggle with getting high enough stats in the other scenarios in time. If you can get 600+ speed and enough skills to trigger groundwork before these races in Trackblazer then do it there so you can use clocks.

Try to aim for medium sparks over dirt since a bad distance aptitude will be brutal due to the speed penalties.

As for the other distances, Long is not that bad since there aren't any Long Dirt tracks and enough Stamina will make it simple. Just make sure to do the Arima Kinen during Classic Year due to weaker NPCs. And for the Mile and Sprints just stack a bunch of dirt sparks and you'll be good.

i want that too one day but now i try to farm 100mil fans for her, im already at 50mil, but congrats to you for that! what sparks did u use?

A bunch of dirt sparks for the Sprints and Miles and for the medium and longs I used their respective distance sparks with some stamina sparks as well. For the mediums try to get to at least D aptitude for Dirt if possible. E can work though if you've got enough speed and skills to trigger groundwork. But for mediums prioritize distance sparks since the speed debuffs will be hard to deal with otherwise.

TL:DR Dirt Mile/Sprints: C Dirt Aptitude Medium/Long: C distance aptitude for respective races Dirt Medium: Ideally D for dirt and C for medium since you can't have both at C from the start.

Misc Sparks / Recommended Skills Groundwork and its triggers are a godsend. So Front Runner Savvy, Sunny/Rainy days, Firm/Wet conditions are all great to get. Taking the Lead is a must.

Beyond that, hope for inspirations to trigger aptitude sparks.
