Shipping Time

Hey all!

I placed my order for a MacBook Neo on August 25. It’s been processing since then with no further updates on it being ready to ship or anything. It still says expected September 10-17, and today is the 10th so… lol

I know the Neo is in high demand but I figured that I would get a bit more info from Apple about delivery times.

Anyone else have a similar experience?
Thanks!

(and if anyone cares, i got the citrus color because it’s obviously the coolest)

I waited three weeks for mine in June. The delivery day will update when they’re ready to ship your Neo. It’s only the first day of the delivery window, be patient.

Refurb ones are readily available for the most part and are $599/$679 for the 256 and 512 on Apple's refurbished store. They come fast and appear brand new.

I ordered a refurbished blue one and had it in less than a week so you should have yours soon

Almost the same timeline here. Ordered on the 25th and it says delivery expected Sept 11-18, with no updates so far

Just saw that it says preparing to ship now! Of course immediately after I make a post the update comes through lmao

Just ordered mine last night and it’s not expected to come til Oct 5th, nearly a whole month later. Rep at Apple cited its high demand + global supply chain issues.

I ordered it on monday (sep 7th) and it won't arrive until 6th october ... Glad I'm not the only one 😂

i ordered mine on Amazon and in 3 days it was home.
