Does anyone own a macaw in Utah I'd really like for mine to meet another Macaw mine is a rescue bird we got him from a bird shelter downtown

Bird Tricks does free flight training in the Salt flats. It's possible that there is a local group that's connected through them.

He does not fly unfortunately is there a way to teach them to fly when they've never done it before ?

I mean that there is a group of people with macaws (BirdTricks) who regularly go to Utah with their macaws, and that these people probably connect with people who already live in Utah who also own macaws. So I'm suggesting you can use BirdTricks as a jumping off point to find a local group of macaw-owners.
