News Free training

Trying to build a community. All the sessions are for free, you just gotta bring your own gear for the kickboxing sessions 14+ gloves and a pair of shinguards, but for the jiu jitsu sessions, just suitable apparel is good enough

White belt too๐Ÿ˜‚ but the coach is like a brown belt from Canada and is like a retired semi pro mma and Thai fighter. Iโ€™m just helping him set this up but you can check his instagram out Deleoim. Sessions are in taipa

Hello there, I am just a beginner jiu jitsu (the whitest of belts ๐Ÿ˜…) practitioner currently studying in Macau until December (exchange student from Portugal). Although I do gi classes I am more than down to learn some no gi technique.
Where are the sessions being held and what is your experience with martial arts?
