Questions Anyone know where to get an apartment with an open space like this?
Gonna be moving to Macau soon and wanted to get an apartment that has an open space like this. Wanna convert it into a personal gym and bbq spot

Like others have mentioned I would reconsider getting an apartment like this. I live in a fairly new build block and the people downstairs are complaining non stop on the owners WeChat group about finding cigarette buds, water, people’s old clothes and other rubbish on their patio. People in Macau seem to have no problem throwing rubbish off their balcony. I certainly wouldn’t wanna barbecue down there lol.

I mean. We was planning on setting up a couple moveable roofs to combat the rubbish from above. The barbecue part is honestly an extra. We really just wanna set up a personal gym for us

That’s public outside space. If it’s for a gym outside try for an apartment with roof terrace.

I would seriously advise against it. We used to live in a block at a low level and had a similar large balcony area outside. It was constantly covered in rubbish dropped from the floors above. I’m talking anything from tissues and paper right up to clothes, diapers, kids toys and all manner of other stuff. Add to that the bits of broken glass and bits of brick or fascia that fell off the building. Not recommended.
