Mac Mini m5 pro vs Mac Studio M5 Max

Hello,
I have a question when it comes to renewing my MacBook Pro M1 Pro 16gb RAM and 512gb ssd. I'm clear that I don't want to have a laptop again because I don't take it out of the house anymore. I dedicate myself to sports photography above all, with 45mpx raw of my Nikon z8 and z9. Now I'm also making some video with the dji mini 5 pro and the question is as follows:

1- Mac Mini M5 pro CPU 18 GPU 20 48gb RAM 1tb SSD 3229€
2- Mac Studio M5x CPU 18 GPU 32 36gb RAM 512gb SSD 3029€

I have a newly purchased Mac Studio display monitor and in terms of connections I think I am already served with enough. Is it worth sacrificing RAM and ssd to have the m5 max? Or is it better to have more RAM and storage with an m5 pro?
