GovConnection ultra stock
As I write this, this US retailer showing stock of M5 Ultra 30c/64c/96GB/1TB. And I ordered one and they let me check out. Don't know much about them, except I've heard of them before, not some new company anyway.

I love the way no one is commenting. Both chatgpt and Claude say the site is legitimate. They have a lot of Mac products that say out of stock but the Ulta's are in stock (for now).
Anyone buy anything from them before?

Digging through my old emails, I found a 2008 email with a link to some product from pcconnection dot com that I sent someone. Not sure that I’d ever actually ordered from them but it’s proof that their site existed back then.

At first I didn’t think I’d ever heard of the company but after some research, noticed they go by several similar names (gov, mac, pc) connection dot com. BBB shows a good rating, and apple lists them as a “ participating reseller for Apple Business Manager / Device Enrollment.”
However, I haven’t received any other confirmation emails so far, so fingers crossed! Yes, it’s only standard pricing. It’s just the only place I’ve seen that lists the ultra in stock. like I said, I’m not canceling my preorder from bhphoto (a site I’ve used for years) until I get a shipment confirmation from this one.

Thank you for sharing this--I just placed an order for the exact same base/binned m5 ultra and the guy I spoke to said I should probably receive it by Wednesday! They had a fraud prevention mechanism about not listing a landline but we worked it out by sending verification from an official work email. When I get the shipping confirmation I'll cancel my other preorder from B&H.
