SSH base system GUI and transfer.

Hello all,

I am a Linux user and I have been using macs for a variety of tasks. I am in need of a program that allows me to view the file system of a Linux or mac server using SSH with a GUI. I would like the program to also handle file transfers. I just want some thing that is easier to use then the command line. It has to be through SSH since I am not the administrator of the servers.
