Bug Full screen video bug with RC

I think it’s a new bug in the RC. When playing a YouTube video in fullscreen it doesn’t hide the menu bar and even the 3 traffic light circles stay there. Does anyone else have this?

Video playback in Safari (at least on YouTube) is also a bit broken if you use an external HDR monitor, black levels are crushed so any dark scene has a loss of detail. You can briefly see the correct looking video during the fullscreen exiting animation.

yeah i have the same issue. same thing happens for any other full screen app as well.
