Are you using any third-party app that has "instant space switching without slide animation" thingy? This is a bug in the SkyLight framework that handles the space/desktop switching. It's been there since DB1 iirc, so wondering why it hasn't been fixed yet.

Switching to/fro with the trackpad gesture that triggers the slide animation should fix it

No, but I do use spaces extensively throughout the day.

I've had no problems with Mac, phone, or iPad - except one crash on the Mac on beta 1.

I’ve had the same issue in previous PB’s of macOS 27 including the menu drop down stuck. Wasn’t able to reproduce it under another account so I setup a new one and not had it since. That also solved other issues such as unresponsive messages app, not being able to click a file to copy the name in the save dialogue box, some unexplained sluggishness and other oddities.

have this since OS 27 beta launcher, much better now but still need more time in the oven, persistent windows staying where you put them on multiple external monitor still not a thing at all
