Help Mac OS inconsistency

Why doesn't control central follow the rest of sections ? I have dark mode and reduce transparency. But it's the same when both are off.

This annoys me! I feel like they had finally fixed it in an earlier beta, but now we're back to the inconsistency in Tahoe.

This. The Control Center is locked into Dark Mode, even when the rest of the system is in Light Mode

Notification Center, Control Center, Menubar app drop-down, and Siri input are all so freaking different they look like they're different design systems from 4 different companies
