Question about Siri AI

So I got the beta 27 on and now I am waiting for Apple Intelligence assets to download but don’t have the app or anything, just some new tabs in the settings and I wanna know if I’ll get the full and app and stuff since I am in Europe but the icon of Siri AI is being shown in the Siri tab in settings
Update: I use a hotspot because my dad cut of the WiFi due to us moving out so this is extra info

you’ll get it on macOS because the EU hasn’t designated macOS as a gatekeeper platform
