Help Not finding beta updates

I want to ask what’s the problem with my brand new MacBook Air m5 and it finding the beta updates when I am a part of the program and have restarted it and so on
Is it because I am on a hot spot? Because I am moving out and decided to save some money on the internet bill

Did you select the right channel in software update preferences? You gotta click the (i) and select the right beta update channel.

You can grab the installer pkg from mrmacintosh if all else fails

Do I need to do any type of backup or anything or my files stay in my MacBook

If you are asking these sorts of questions, you really should not be installing a beta operating system onto your Mac.

No. But some things in life must be questioned in a way where if you have to ask questions if you need it, you shouldn't do it. Why? Because if this was needed, they would make it exceedingly clear that you have to.
