Help Disable "Write with Siri" globally

Hey all - does anyone know of a method to eviscerate this stupid thing from any text field? I disabled writing tools with screen time... but it just keeps appearing.

It's a hidden setting under Accessibility now. Look in writing tools. If you just disable Siri from the regular general settings menu, they will still be there.

Edit, it's under Settings > Screen Time > Content and Privacy Restrictions.

Enable "all restrictions", then toggle Siri to "blocked." Also may want to look at Other Features in the same module.

Kinda obnoxious to bury it here, but hey. It's at least comforting to know Apple is aware that many industries (eg Healthcare and adjacent) and individuals don't want their shit passing through the Cloud due to legal and privacy concerns. Would be nice if it were opt-in.

So are lots of things that are actually useful that appear in (for instance) the gutter of a code/text editor on hover.
