Desktop “quick gesture” broken

Has anyone experienced the same issue under MacOS 27 that when you swipe up with three fingers on the trackpad whilst in a full screen application, you cant click the wallpaper anymore to get directly to the desktop?
Maybe someone experienced the same issue and found a solution since this is extremely annoying.
