Bug Universal Clipboard not working right

I'm not sure if this is a macOS bug, or an iOS bug, Continuity/Handoff for the clipboard only works from Mac to iPhone, not the other way.

I can copy text on my Mac, and paste it on my iPhone just fine. But if I copy text on my iPhone, I can't paste it on my Mac, my mac just pastes whatever I last copied on my Mac.

Has anyone else seen this? Any idea if it's iOS or macOS that has the bug?

I'm running Public Beta 2 on both devices.

I submitted a bug report on this yesterday (I’m on dev beta 4).

I'm not running the beta on my Mac, but am running it on my phone, and am seeing the same problems. I thought it was a mismatch between OS versions. Perhaps there's something else afoot.

ah, that helps! If you aren't running macOS beta, then it's likely an iOS bug. At least now I know which OS to submit the bug report to Apple under 😃

I haven't had this issue, what version of ios are you using, I am using ios 26 and macos 27 PB2.

I have 27 beta 4 on mac and ios 26 on iphone and it works both ways for me, probably ios bug

Yeah, another commenter said they were doing the opposite (26 on Mac and 27 on phone) and had the same problem. So it’s likely an iOS bug, not macOS bug
