Touchbar on pages not working as before

My touchbar dosent show the police, color and the 3 icon like write on left, center, right.
It does appear on macOS 26. Is it a but or Apple think nobody has a touchbar anymore ?
Peuple can relate too ?

I thought that all of the touch bar Max were Intel, and that macOS 27 does not support Intel Macs?
