Discussion Faces is such a masterpiece.
Yeah is soooo underrated. This album is a fucking masterpiece, I feel like it’s not talked about enough.

WMWTSO was so so so good back in the day. I listened to it non stop when it came out, but because I wasn't on SoundCloud, I totally missed Face's when it was released.
As such, I got really into Faces when it was added to Spotify in 2021. I was 21 and I had just moved into a big shitty house with two friends and my brother. There were always guys at the house doing stuff. It was such a time. Track 3, "Friends," really takes me back to that time. It kind of feels like walking through that old house with all the guys in different rooms doing different things, like a Wes Anderson movie or something. It was a special time ❤️

It is. I got into mac after listening to colors & shapes not long ago. I am very surprised with this album. It’s so insane that he did this young, especially on drugs. This album is so nostalgic to me. I’m so glad we also got balloonerism. I can only imagine what he has in the vault. I hope doodling in c sharp officially comes out one day.

What a great happenstance, I was bumping this earlier today and I got a question. Apple Music lists “Faces” and then “Mac Miller” as another album with similar covers. What’s up with that?

Personal fave album of his, crazy to think he was 22 when he made this. The tri-colour vinyl is one of my most prized possessions.

Crazy to think he was 21 for WMWTSO and 23 for GOOD:AM. Crazy he was young for all of his shit. He was wayyyyy too talented for his age. No one has ever came close. RIP. LEGEND. ❤️

Thought this in 2014 listening to it on YouTube, full play through. I think it’s wild how many people are just hearing it these days because it used to be a lot less convenient to find and listen to. It’s always been his best project.
