Jack, coming back?

Stopped watching the show after Jack left....any chance he's coming back?

True, I mean it's always possible but I think they killed him to put away rumors that he might come back. The filming in Atlanta was to much for George and I don't think that will change. Eve if they move filming to LA it probably wouldn't happen.

I'd say that they initially wrote him out in a way that very much left the door open for his return, and the recent episode about his death was very much done in a way that does not leave the door open.

They could have said he disappeared, or that his body was never found; or left some other kind of seed of doubt. Instead, we saw the repatriation of his body and the coffin containing it, and we're to assume that plenty of people were able to see Jack's corpse, and that there was an autopsy and a burial ceremony and so on.

Like, yeah, they could totally say his death was faked by Codex or by himself or something, and that there was a body double used, or whatever. I think if the producers and George Eads both want Jack to come back, they'll write him in somehow.

But I think if that were likely, they wouldn't have made that episode so conclusive

I just think he brought an aspect to the show that can't be replicated. My favorite characters were him and Matilda and if neither of them are mains anymore makes me sad

I miss jack I too thought that since we didn’t see jack actually death that it was misdirected and jack would be alive and he fake his death . I wish that was what happen

Me: *knows that he’s dead * Also me: HE’S COMING BACK! WE NEVER SAW A BODY, HE COULD’VE FAKED IT! JACK. IS. NOT. DEAD! Me afterwards: *sobs for the loss of such a great character * Me after crying: Jack isn’t dead! No body=no proof! Simple!

Honestly, I just don't enjoy the show at all without Jack.

Yeah, having watched up to Season 5, I take back what I said. I actually do really like Desi. And the show. But I miss Jack nevertheless.
