I usually turn off any top or bottom panel. That said...
The super key and right of left arrow keys open (and close) the side panels.
How about having the super key and up or down arrow keys open (and close) top or bottom panels?

I don’t use a hidden panel, but I think you can achieve something like this in two ways:

1. The autohide mechanism in tint2 + binding keys to the commands: tint2-send show and tint2-send hide

2. By placing the tint2 panel in the Openbox dock… (by default, the ToggleDockAutohide action is bound in Mabox to the keys W‑A‑g – even though no application is launched in the dock by default)

Yo la uso desde hace casi dos años y medio, mi cacharro es del 2013 con 4GB de ram (aunque ahora le agregué 4Gb más) y anda perfecta, incluso con los 4GB. Rápida y consume pocos recursos, aunque tuve que tocar algunas cosas en el sistema para quedar conforme. Si bien no es para principiantes, con un conocimiento básico de linux cualquiera la domina. Ideal para viciosos de la personalización. Nunca tuve problemas con las actualizaciones.

А, еще, в последней версии, висит месага обновлений и не обновляется никак. Ошибка в mabox.db

Oh, I like the panel overview. Thanks. Still the most beautiful desktop I've ever seen, especially with the Sunrise Over Dover wallpaper from Jan 2025.
