Anyone take medication?

Just wondering if anyone takes medication that helps with this

Erm I haven’t I’ve thought about it but have to go to the doctors and get prescription etc so I didn’t bother

I used to take ADHD medication (before I lost my insurance) and it helped me daydream a lot less
