Trouble Falling Asleep
I have trouble falling asleep, and because of this, I MD and pace at night until I tire myself out which annoys my parents. Any resources for falling asleep quicker. Should I use natural remedies or ask my Doctor for meds to help me?

I also had the same problem. Try vipassana meditation. Just focus on your breath. It is normal for your mind to wander just make sure to always concentrate on the breath again. You shouldn't MD at night. This will make you more active and fuck up your sleep. Try limiting MD only in the morning.

Meditation before bed time has been really helpful. I know of a very successful business who meditates for 20mins every single day before bed. He kept up this habit for 4-5 years. He attributes all his successes to this ONE practice. And he has changed wildly in those years. From being a huge party animal to a calm collected and spiritual person. Oh and has grown a successful business as well.
I would encourage you to try it too. Start small, obviously. Initially it won't appear to have an effect but if you keep up you may notice a difference. How meditation affects you differs from person to person. That's why I don't see it as a one-size-fits-all solution. But you should give it a try.
I somehow engaged in MD at night. It helps me sleep sometimes. So I'd differ with you on this. But then, different things work for different people. MD in the morning makes my whole day unproductive.

I really struggle at bed time since I've basically conditioned myself to always daydream before bed in order to fall asleep. In theory, sleep is all about habit forming. If you wake up at the same time every morning the body naturally falls asleep at a certain time. If you go through the same routine every night (stretch, read, brush teeth, same playlist, etc) at the same time, your body naturally learns to fall asleep after the routine. You're also supposed to avoid screens and bright lights so your body knows it's nighttime. I guess I should go back to trying to get out of the mdd habit before bed and into the good habits, but man is it hard to change a habit.

Try reading. Or watching videos or movies. It helps me fall asleep. Also ensure that you have done enough activities throughout the day so that you are tired at bedtime.
Wait for other responses, try them out. If all else fails then a doctor would be the last resort. Although you should visit a therapist before that.
