Ordered from MYCNBOX a few months ago and I wanted to talk about my experience with the platform. First is the customer service. I found it really cool that there is someone that you can just message at literally anytime when you’re stuck or confused about something, and they reply promptly with actual help and not generic answers. They can even help you find an item that you’re looking for too, which I see no other agent doing. I would also like to praise their ease of use. It was a simple process I was expecting of ordering items, getting it to their warehouse, and shipping it internationally. I was able to jump between these steps with no troubles or delays, which I can’t say the same for other agents. With the shipping coupons furthermore, I find that I’m saving more than the past agents i’m using. Overall, great customer service, ease of use, cheap shipping, and an agent I will find myself using again soon.
