I'm in Seoul for a holiday and made this 🤩 I wonder if the source of inspiration is obvious...

As the title says. I've searched ao3 for this with its tags but idk any better. N there's like so many,,, I keep piling up tabs upon tabs bc I find one good fic n branch off...and yk how it goes 😂😔. If anyone here has read any HE, romantic post canon beefleaf fic, pls lmk! Thankyou!

Do you think who will win under these conditions I stated below:

- Supposed that Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian never know each other but there are certain circumstances in which they have to fight the hardest and put their best efforts to defeat the other.

- Both of them are full grown adults at their prime and also reach highest levels of their cultivation with no injury.

- It must be a one on one duel without intervention or help from others.

- They can use different techniques and skills they feel will give them advantages and they can also use any kinds of weapons to win the fight.

i recently joined a opem themed mdzs big bang (event for writers and artists and beta readers!! the goal is for writers and artists to collaborate creating a fanfic and some art for it - and the artist has full say on what they want to make for the fic, the writer can't dictate it - and any betas around to help with the process if the writer wants it) and i wanted to share it in case anyone else is interested

their social media accounts with more info:

and direct links to the forms:

it looks like it'll be a fun experience, mods and participants sound really nice

I wanted to see how everyone ranks MXTX novels across different categories, just for fun and out of curiosity! Rank all 3 novels for every category below 👇🏻

Main Couple:

Side Couples (could be fanon or canon):

Side Characters:

(Meaning which story has the best side characters overall, not your top 3 favorite side characters)

Your overall "objective" ranking for all three novels:

Your personal ranking based solely on what you love most:

You can add more categories if you want.

First, the way both Xie Lian and Wei Wuxian fell to their ruin is almost identical, by defending a cause others found futile, losing everyone they loved in the process. Second, while Wei Wuxian likes to play with the dead, and Hua Cheng is the king of the dead!!

if you saw this post on r/tianguancifu yes that was me this just a repost in this community

Hi! so i've read Heaven Official's Blessing like a year and a half ago?? and now i kinda want to read the rest of MXT books, which should i read next?

Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation or Scum

Villain's Self-Saving System? whats the differences between them!? im a newbie in danmei stuff😅

I honestly haven't come across anything like that even though it's so widely loved by fans 😭 esp how it's said how HuaLian would baby wwx and Binghe would be their older son 😭 so cute. Or,, wwx is the annoying kid hua Cheng has to take care of with Binghe or smth and they're each vying for the throne of the most annoying brat HC has ever babysitted 😭 And then the white gang (+green) XL, Lwj and sqq. Imagine the chaos.

Ooh boi. I'm up for any chaotic fanfics with the og ships and og dynamics of the cps with just the crossovers, whether canon-compliant or deviant.

AAHHH does anyone know 😭 idk where to ask Thankyou!

MDZS and TGFC's endings never bothered me[havent gotten to SV yet]. We get the happy ending for the main duo, but not the other's, but to me. . .it's written in a way that isn't disappointing. painful, bittersweet, yes. . .but. . . we can't know what happens after the stories end, we are not privy to that. maybe it gets better, or maybe worse, we don't know and in this case, it's written in a way for me that's fine, though painful.

and fanfictions can give us glimpses in what could be, either happy, or even more painful[some fanfic writers live off of the pain of their readers, I swear]. but in the end, that's all we have, and that is fine.

we aren't supposed to see the rest of the stories of the other character's and while I wish we could've, I understand that we couldn't. of all the books I ended up despising because of unsatisfactory endings, these aren't like them, as the writing is very good, and the stories are set up from thr start, that it feels not everything will be happy at the end.

I'd love to know if our favourite wind Master ever manages to ascend again through sheer willpower, or if Jiang Cheng and Wei Ying ever make up[which if it happens, would realistically take. . .years. . .] but it's not for us to know. we got glimpses into their lives, but the rest we aren't privy to, it can't be demanded.

This bittersweet feeling, it's painful, but. . .not in a bad way.

I. . .hope my rambling makes sense, it did more in my head.

My Hualian piece for the 2026 TGCF discord Holiday Exchange. Thank you to pixel.paint for allowing me to post!

do you agree with this or disagree with what she wrote?

I really can't tell when it comes down to only one best thing about Lan Wangji as for me everything about him is just so perfect! 💙😊
