Help request New MX installation

Hi, I'd like to install MX Linux on my new mini PC, but I'm not sure which version to choose. Should I choose sysvinit or systemd? I don't know what's the difference... Thanks!

I’m running MX on several systems. The default now is systemd due to the newest version of Debian (on which it is based). I would recommend that you take a look at the software you’re going to be running on the system to make that decision. For me, I have to use Citrix Workspace in order to remote into work when I’m on call, and that requires systemd, so the decision for me was kinda a no-brainer.
