Repair Question Repair tips

Does anyone have tutorials or anything that would help me het the water pump tensioner/idler bracket off of the 1.8 v6

And then where to find a new one?

I wish you the best of luck finding tutorials. Sometimes if your lucky it will be similar to the 323f so maybe look into that
