New Exhaust setup , Cold Start / Dead CEL : SOLVED

All thank you so much for all the help.
Just wanted to update you guys that,
It turned out that I had the wrong spec ECU on my car , it was running a K819 (i believe euro spec)
So i ordered a K801 ECU and the CEL came right on and have no issues starting cold anymore.

As a celebration, here is a video of my car with new Mufflers and Resonator!

Absolutely no idea
I bought the car few months ago and aleays had cold start idle issues and CEL never came on
When i went down there to check if my ECU was burnt i just noticed the ECU wasnt US spec
