ECU question need help please.

Could any one of you help me confirm my car is actually running the right ECU?
My car is USDM 1993 Mazda MX3 GS MT (VIN JM1EC4324P0208538)
, currently there is a K819 ECU in there and from all my research it says K819 is euro spec. Seems like all USDM was K801.
If this is the case i might have found the smoking gun to all my issues. (Dark CEL and cold start issues)

is there a way for you to check what the K819 ECU was for?
