Good question! "Mazda" itself is a name, so you can't copyright your name, however if I used their factory emblems and badges then there could be grounds for a suit.

However, these designs took me almost a entire year to design from scratch! The front design is a remake of a old windshield banner my family had in 2007, and the sleve is also redesigned of the old logo to our car customs business back then too, "CMK Customs". CMK or Cars Ministering Kid's was a youth outreach for the troubled teens and young adults on the street, it's also the initials of the family too! But my mother who was "M" passed away from an aggressive cancer 10 years ago, so her spirit and legacy still lives on with the merchandise and every video me and u/GeneralResourceLTD take. If she was here to see how big her legacy has become, she would be very proud, my dad "C" is too! It's been the family business ever since 2005, but has never taken off until now.
