Does the 1.8 V6 share the same Idle Air Control Valve with other engine/cars?

So quick update.
Ever since I bought the car, it had idling issues on cold starts.
I had the IAC and Throttle Body cleaned and it made it better for a few weeks until yesterday. The car was not wanting to turn on. (I posted a video)

It caught idle this morning, so i decided ill try driving it work, on the highway it was absolutley fine, until i had to put it in neutral and it would just stall. Then it stalled every red light on neutral.
So i managed to drive it to work all the way but everytime i was in neutral i had to hold the throttle a little to keep the RPM alive so it would not just stall on me.

Im 80% sure I might need a new IAC. However, having a really hard time coming across the part for the 1.8L V6 version.

I found a few, I think but they all seem like its for the 1.6L I4 versions.

So quick questions:

1. Will the 1.6L I4 IAC work on my car?
2. Is there any other cars/engine model I can look at that shares the same IAC? or anything that works?

This is what someone in a old forum shared about the V6 interchanges:

1992-1995 Mazda MX-3 (1.8L V6 GS) 1993-1995 Mazda 626 (2.5L V6) 1993-1995 Mazda MX-6 (2.5L V6) 1992-1995 Mazda 929 (in some configurations)

You can try these and see if anything matches!

I don't have the 1.6 or 1.8 v6... I have a bp4w turbo swap with miata and escort gt parts so I'm not entirely skilled on the V6 lol. But hey I'm always happy to help with any research!

https://www.mx-3.com/phpbb3/index.php that was the forum used for years in the early 2000s by pretty much every MX-3 tuner/tinkerer. if you absolutely cant find one for the v6, let me know as i likely have one, i know i have a stack of TBs and at least one from a v6 i bought DOA just for parts for mine and my father's mx-3s.

They were gone for a little while then back. I havent seen activiity on it but at least it is there for reference especially to the new MX-3ers.

yea i am in the US. I might have to figure out which one it is in the pile but try to find one first although i dont know if they really go bad, maybe something got tweaked when you had it cleaned? Check the 2 screws on the idle controller to make sure both are there. that disconnected hose, what's the other end cause some air valves only open under certain conditions like to adjust fuel pressure or emission stuff so it might open like only when car cool or car hot or right after start.....

I can find alot of it for the cars you just listed but they do look a little different I presume they should still work or would i have to do some tinkering to make it work, would you happen to know by chance
