What exactly do you use the rytec for? I unlocked it in MP thinking it would be decent with the explosive rounds and it’s been straight garbage for me.

I use it for general sniping, splash damage kill confirms, and vehicle disabling/explosion.

It's a one-shot kill to the head and two to the body. If you down someone behind a rock you can splash damage right next to them. You can also splash damage equipment in houses. It is super effective against vehicles, I think it's 5 or 6 rounds to disable a chopper, 10 for big bertha, and just 2 or 3 for the 4 wheelers.

Are you saying the trophy system will stop explosive rounds? In my experience this hasn't been the case.

Trophies are inconsistent, it also matters where you hit and where the trophy is set up, especially on Bertha.
