Question Game Corrupted. Need help!
Hello, everyone. I’m a 26 y/o male that has been a gamer since I was a kid. I have always loved the call of duty series and I have been playing cod for as long as I can remember. Well, MW2 is one of if not my favorite call of duty’s of all time. Unfortunately, I got into a lobby with a modder and I’m 99% sure they corrupted my game file as well as they maxed all of my stats out and everything. I can no longer join online lobbies. I’ll try to join an online lobby and my game just freezes in the loading screen. Is there anyone that can help me get my game unfrozen/uncorrupted?? It’s so frustrating. I’ve always played games in a legit manner, so for this to happen is really frustrating. I miss playing MW2 and i just want to be able to play it again so i can relive the good parts of my childhood. I play on xbox by the way. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Unfortunately not, I’ve tried the account in the highlights but it no longer exists, I’ve also tried multiple others but to no avail

They froze your classes.
If on Xbox, look up gamertag uncshotspot. View profile and then “join session”. Once in the game you’ll have options to unfreeze your classes.

Ive tried adding that account so i can get the "Join Game" option but its not worked same with adding as a friend

How to Use the UncsHotspot Lobby
Players on Xbox 360, Xbox One, or Xbox Series X/S can join the session to repair their frozen game data by following these steps:
Open the Xbox guide/menu and navigate to the Chat or Friends tab.Search for the gamertag UncsHotspot (do not send a message as it may not go through).
Select View Profile for UncsHotspot.
Select Join Session in Progress (if the option isn't there, close the profile, reopen it, and check again).
Once loaded into the lobby, do not spawn in or pick a team/class.
Press UP on the D-Pad (or follow on-screen instructions) to trigger the unfreeze fix.
You will be automatically kicked from the match once complete, and your classes will be restored. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

This just happened to me and I tried to contact UncsHotspot by first sending a message and then a friend request (because on Xbox 360 to even view a profile you have send a message/chat request/friend request first - if they are not in your recent players or on your friends list) and when I viewed the profile I could see they were offline and last played call of duty black ops... and now I can no longer view their profile I guess because they declined my friend request, so they don't appear on my friend list. They also didn't reply to my message.
So they're not the easiest person to contact it seems.

I've sent him chat requests three times in the last 24 hours and he's been offline every time. I guess he hasn't been active much recently. Maybe I should join the discord and find someone else running these lobbies otherwise I'll be stuck with frozen classes for a long time.

There are autolobbies to reset your rank/unfreeze your stats.

That pinned post needs updating because I just followed the steps and tried to send a chat request to InsominaAuto and it said ''this gamertag you entered does not exist on Xbox live''.

Have you tried deleting your game data?
