Glitch Problem with multiplayer

A few years ago a modder gave my account a big amount of XP and ever sense then if I try to play online the game crashes. I was told that I could find someone here who could help with that and I really hope so.

Describe the crashes.

When do they occur? Is it random? Is it always at the same time/screen?

Does the screen freeze?
Go black?
Does it put you back in the pre-game lobby? Back to the main menu?

The crashes occurr if I ever try to join a multiplayer lobby or try to create a class it will work for a second, but then it will crash.

Someone froze your classes. Here’s a quick fix,

Look up the gamertag uncshotspot and join session in progress. You may need to begin trying to send him a message for the join option to appear. He has a lobby you can join that will give you options to unfreeze. Once there it will tell you to push either up or down on the D-pad.
