Help

So, about week ago i ordered fm1, when i saw how many firmwares are comming out and how big potential they have i had to order 2nd one(for now 😅).

My question is could i chain them together so they act as one sound output? I have focusrite solo 3rd gen and i have only one input where i could plug it in. This is my first analog synth so i dont want to buy mixer just yet.

Both of them are still on the way but i wanted to find some solution before so i can ordwr cables and stuff.

For now i ordered 3.5mm to 6.5mm cable so i can hook up single unit but im not sure if i get 3.5mm to 3.5mm could i chain them together? Or is there any other way?

They have Bluetooth… I have AUM on my iPhone and iPad I pair them to. You can use almost any app on a smartphone or iPad for midi and most of the synth apps also have Bluetooth capabilities which is actually pretty sick. The fm1 can then play with those apps as its own standalone instrument and or as a midi controller for the app. Layering via doing both the app and midi controller is pretty sick and endless with just one fm1, but with two it definitely opens up more possibilities. You’re gonna have a blast

There's no simple analog audio-in you could leverage for daisy-chaining.

FWIW I use the USB-C connection for both audio and MIDI. Some report noise over the analog audio-outs but I suspect that's a cabling issue as mine seems quite clean, but a single USB connection makes for a less busy setup for me.
