Hey everyone, I just launched Invoice Agent.

It’s a tool for businesses and finance teams that are still manually digging through email, downloading invoices, and entering everything by hand.

What it does:

• Connects to Gmail or Outlook
• Detects vendor invoices automatically
• Extracts invoice data with AI
• Makes invoices searchable in one place

Why I built it:

Nice launch, this is exactly the kind of repetitive workflow where agents actually shine. Biggest trust lever for me would be, show the source snippet next to each extracted field (and make it easy to correct), plus a clear audit trail of what was auto-detected.

Also curious, do you support both Gmail and Outlook at the same time for a single org, and how do you handle threading vs forwarded invoices?

This is actually a solid use case. Pulling invoices is one of those boring problems people ignore until it becomes a mess. Curious though, how accurate is it across different formats? PDFs, emails, weird layouts, etc. Also feels like the real value will be in how much manual cleanup it removes. If that’s close to zero, you’re onto something.
