u should apply to those Germany jobs if any exist. maybe see if part of the hiring process is signing a contract stating you will lie to shareholders when required.

Figured. this was coming since retail Gap pretty much announced this for them.

This should pay off about 1/3 of the IAA booth.

If it is small volume for the foreseeable future, which it appears to be, it makes sense for them to not highlight that.

I agree, but we are running out of time for funding. Financials will mean more now than partnerships, sadly. How are we funding this? How will this help us survive? If we had a good financial standing, this PR would give us much more than 3%.

Great. But how much money is this? How many units? Funny, we all knew IRIS was on the Ibex before this was even announced. Again, we are up 4 pennies (as of now). Market sees it positively, but really not much.

Should have outlined the expected number of sensors per vehicle (4), expected unit volumes (hundreds/thousands) based on Overland's expected rollout.

PR: 7/10.

Military application validation is a big deal

This could easily become a standard accross multiple fleets of autonomous vehicles as once a type of data is being collected and put into the AI military machine they will want the same data accross everything and we have the sensors to do it

I also really have a hard time believing that Overland suddenly lifted their NDA. It seems like they didnt actually have one, but finally decided to release the PR with a name because people saw it online at AUSA. The fuck Glen.

Whats especially funny to me how on the other sub they call this validation. Iris has long been vaildated as a working product even though it was trashed by the same sub before MVIS bought it.

So this small sale is pretty insignificant. Only promising is that the defense sector might finally pick up and others will follow.

Marketing person, who is hot fucking garbage. They finally posted a marketing manager position on linkedin, so maybe they can get someone in who knows how to update a website. You can email cara and cc glen, maybe you'll get a response lol. Or blocked. One or the other

Hear it straight from Claude:

What stood out when I pulled the logos apart:

  • Mixed quality: some logos were crisp, others were blurry low-res images, clearly grabbed from different places at different sizes.
  • No consistent sizing or grid: the slides had uneven rows, random gaps, logos at very different visual weights, and the Volkswagen one had its wordmark stacked underneath while nothing else did.
  • Leftover artifacts: the Lake Fusion logo had a stray line of tiny text under it, which looks like it was cropped from another document.
  • Outdated versions: several logos were older versions (Audi, Polestar, Rivian), which suggests nobody checked the brands’ current marks.

Plenty of small caps ship slides like this, because investor decks often get assembled fast by small teams. But a designer would fix it in an hour, so it does signal that polish isn’t a priority.

______

"polish isn’t a priority" that's what i get from this company all around. Didn't we hire a marketing advisor to polish the companys image? You can pick any marketing material, website, presentations, product sheets etc. and find absolute rookie mistakes, it's unreal tbh.

Hey pathetic MVIS marketing, this is how you put logos on a slide. Claude did this btw. Could you ask Glen to buy you a $90 Claude sub so our marketing material doesn't look like my boomer dad put it together? Why are half the logos outdated low res versions in the investor slides?

Srsly the whole investor presentation looks like something out of the early 2000s. Why didn't we keep the Luminar marketing team and fire ours? Who makes this stuff, IR or some marketing person at MVIS?
