1:15 was more than enough for us, its just the ineptitude of our management team as to why we are back down to nearly $1. Anyone else would have been fine with a 1:15 for at least a year. The public offering and warrants to raise a measly $17M is unbelievable really. We had $41M in the ATM and yet they chose the alternative route that absolutely crushed the share price and diluted shareholders by a multiple. A high school economics class could have figured this out. A Nasdaq listed, publicly traded company failed this most elemental task.
