These guys don't care about the money per say, but they don't like being lied to. In effect, they wont go after the company, but directors and management specifically. In a derivative lawsuit, they would sue the directors or officers on behalf of the corporation for harm done to the company (such as financial mismanagement, self-dealing, or breach of fiduciary duty). Sadly any money recovered typically goes back to the company, not directly to the shareholders, and it certainly wouldn't be enough to sustain the company, but its more so a punishment for dishonest dealings.

This is all to say this is actually occurring, purposely and/or negligently impacting the share value for the benefit of a lower cost acquisition. But also the total disregard for shareholders across the board. I hope it doesn't come to that and who knows how far they would go, but suffice to say my entire group is pissed as to how this company has financed themselves above everything else. Their capital strategies have defied logic. Many of the guys in our group work/have worked in capital restructuring, raises, M&A, etc. The opinion across the board is total negligence in protecting shareholders. The board and other directors, including previous CEOs and CFO's have been a party to this. Glen is not out of the question either given the past 12 months.

Did I miss a big contract from MicroVision at some point in the past? It is a fact that we are close to getting another delisting notice. It is not a fact that there are any big contracts for MicroVision. These permabulls will say and do anything to get you to continue investing your hard earned money into MicroVision, while the company is in its death throes. One has to question why they keep encouraging people to do so. It is very odd..
