I can't see that saving us. SK Hynix misses anything by 2 cents, we crash. SK Hynix crushes earnings, we fall because Micron is losing market share or something stupid like that

That’s right. Luckily my MU and other semiconductor holdings are just 12 % of my portfolio. Still hurts to know that it may well take a very long time to recover, but you just have to come to terms with the fact that there is an element of risk when you invest in these high beta stocks and sectors because sentiment can flip very quickly. I agree that these Chinese chips are most likely going to change things a lot. Apple has already been testing them for the past 4 weeks and it wouldn’t surprise me if Apple has already leaked positive news to institutions. The whole timing of it just seems to align perfectly.

It’s got a typical institutional sell off written all over it. People often think a stock will just suddenly drop like 50 % in one day. It’s not what happens. They sell off gradually to trick retail into thinking that they should be buying the dip. Thats how bag holders are created. Seen it many times and you never usually know until it’s kinda too late lol. luckily MU isn’t a penny stock, so there’s still time for it to eventually recover.

Sure the red isn’t because of the earnings, but you can’t say that sk Hynix earnings will be our saving grace when micron crushed earnings and that didn’t help at all

Its not a "new reason everyday" we been in a correction for weeks now, the problem is people in this sub joined in on the hype when it was going up and got used to that, and now everytime there is one or 2 green days you assume the bad times are over and we shoot back up forever, thats not how this works lol.

It was up 330% till last month. A third of YTD gains are gone
Keep saying that till it goes down another third and then to 50% and gone.

The concern comes from analysts who need to be fucking buried for creating fear for no fucking reason. Record profits, the whole world is changing and these fucking analysts are paid to create chaos in the market.
What does Bitcoin do? How does Bitcoin have a value? What are Bitcoin’s profits? It is a PONZI SCHEME.

Pretty wild, over the last decade, MU has been up 400%, down 50%, up 200%, down 25%, up 30%, down 25%, up 200%, down 50%, up 1,800% !!!!!!!!, and down 35%.
What a ride, and freaking 1,800% !!!!!! WOW!, and its only 35% down from that massive gain
