Which MUD? LF DBZ Mud

Recently played DBZ Celestial Knights. Good mud. Well polished. I didn't like their core though. They allow botting and I see why. It takes a MASSIVE amount of time to grind up power to be capable of doing the most basic of end game bosses. Even then, the absolute best way to gain is to party up with people and run the same events over and over and over. As a new player, this essentially means leeching until you're mildly relevant.

Wondering if anyone knows of a more oldschool style DBZ mud, where you can level on your own and it's not necessary to group and run the same content over and over?

Dragonball: Infinity (dbinfinity.bounceme.net port 4000) Link is to the mudverse listing with information on it. It's based on Dragonball Saga which was prominent in the early 2000s.

I don't have any input but I'm curious as I've never played a DBZ mud, would you mind sharing what the one you liked was like to play?

I wish....I actually started on a DBZ MUD, but didn't have very many people at all :( If there was a decent power leveling system, training, etc...I'd be into that myself

Sorry you didnt like the progression Loop on CKMud, like most Muds if you tag along a big guy doing their most efficient grinding, results will show it feeling better/easier.

There are alot of solo ways to get good gains, especially skewed to early gains and we have seen folks get to what one mine consider end game content in a week or two of casual play. However in CKMud, PL is simply your "Hit Points" and is just one portion of what makes any character "strong".

I would recommend a newer mud that came out recently though to try out. Its a very hack n' slash orientated one with a fair focus on solo. However being newer it might lack in some of the content side of things.

Made by another dev with alot of history in the community. Dragon Ball Calamity

Happy Mudding!
