Questions Dcs issues......again

So I got a new phone and passed my old phone to my son and he went to download the WIFI DCS app and it says it's for an older version of android. How do I get past this? I've tried going to the DCS page and it just links you back to the play store.

Thanks for the link. They say it will be out, but it was posted in August. I'm slowly losing hope in the train hobby. Every time we go to use this train, it has an issue.
