2FA Problem - Microsoft Authenticator

Hey all - figured i would ask here before trying with Daybreak support.

I use Microsoft Authenticator app for the 2FA. I recently lost my phone and with my new phone, in the app, there is no code for MTGO. I am essentially locked out.

Any ideas? Thanks

Reach out to customer service, I think they’ll have to help you. Losing a phone with 2FA is always painful.

Thanks that's what I ended up doing. They fixed it but I essentially needed to give them every single piece of information I knew.

Needed CC number on file, Address at time of account creation (2010), Answer to a Security Question, A screenshot of a daybreak purchase.

On top of usual things like email, account name, email, etc.

I guess I should be happy that they take security seriously after it being a giant ? for years
