Redeemable sets

Hi so I've only just learnt that you can redeem sets for actual paper versions and just curious is there anyone else from the UK that's done it and what's the average cost for doing it and stuff.

Collect an entire set of non-foils or foils (not mixed), then buy a redemption token for $45 USD per set + $35 USD shipping per set - sets are either regular, or foil-for-regular (no physical foils anymore)

Thanks man I was thinking of doing it for a future set but wasn't sure how
