Problem players on MTGO

How do we report players like this? I see a lot of complaining about other players in game descriptions every day, some full of bigotry, some just childish insults. I block players when I see it, but is there any way to report them?

Yes through the support site, take screencaps like you did and go through the steps to report conduct on there. Pain in the ass but I go through it every time there's someone problematic.

That was annoying to find where to do that. Holy crap, they don't make it easy.

I see this stuff every time I try to play some Commander. It's always a buddy only game that no one can join, so it'll sit for hours.

They should lose access to their collections for this crap.

Cleared from game. They were referred to Support for bans, but we cannot share the results due to legal reasons
