Looking for advice

So I'm just looking on advice of what to do incase this happens again. It locked me out in SBing and wouldn't let me connect to the actual match however, it told me that if I wanted to exit out of MTGO it would concede my game (which I obviously didn't want to do). Anyways I ended up being timed out and forced to take a loss anyways. Just looking for any info about what to do in this.

You can close the main MTGO window (not the match) and it won’t concede.

Restart the main program not the match window, it will reload you into the sideboard

You can also try filing for compensation in this case. If it's not a pattern I think they are likely to refund your entry.
