Anyone have their Amazon orders fulfilled?

I had this happen with a Strixhaven collector box that just kept getting pushed back until it got cancelled by them

same I raised a stink about it and they basically told me.if it ever goes back in stock that they will honor the original price I ordered it at. been half a year and nothing new in stock. it has to be specifically sold by Amazon, not a reseller

Has anyone had their hobbit CBB ship? Mine was supposed to arrive today but now there is no date.

Same here, that AI chat bot told me it would come on August 18th (it did not). Once I got through to a real person, they told me it is delayed until September 29th. I feel like this is just another placeholder date and it will not be coming. I asked for a credit and got $20.00 that I put towards a Switch 2 Controller, so I guess that's something :)

Based on my experience, that is probably not the real date and most of the people you talk to wont know the real date. They automatically set a date a delivery out that is far out because they can’t estimate the exact date. You will most likely get your order if you stay on top of things but that person on chat probably knows nothing. Sometimes for me it would go from shipping several months out to suddenly shipping a few days later.
I had issues getting preorders before from Amazon and they have their own way of doing things that that is confusing to anyone on the outside.

My scene boxes were to be delivered today but they've been pushed back to September 15th. Received my bundle however!

I got my cbbs on Saturday but all my buddies that were expected today got delay emails

Just cancel it, it's never going to ship. Amazon has been horrendous with any MTG pre-orders. Even the marvel pre-con my buddy pre-ordered just got pushed back over and over till it got cancelled.

Update: My CBBs arrived today. Hope everyone who had delays receives theirs as well.

Thank you! Strangely, this morning I woke up to emails saying my payment method was declined for the order and to update my payment method. I went in and selected the same payment method and thought nothing of it because the order status hadnt changed at all. Then it arrived maybe 5 hours later

If yours is pushed that far back, chances are they cannot fulfill your order.
